I am a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.
This contribution is made using my own personal funds and is not being reimbursed by another person or organization.
I understand that organizations, including corporations and unions, cannot make campaign contributions.
I understand that campaign contributions are subject to the annual contribution limit established under the Local Elections Campaign Financing Act.
